2025 Regular Season Market Rules

2025 Vendor Application

Regular Vendor

$35/market | 10’ x 10’ Tent Space |
Subject to approval by the Lansdowne Farmers Market Committee, must have appropriate licenses from Delaware County


• Growers and raisers of traditional farm-related ingredients (e.g., fruits, vegetables, eggs, meats, herbs).

• Producers of value-added foods (e.g., pickles, preserves, nut butters, cheeses, roasted coffee beans).

• Prepared Food Vendors that have pre-made foods made by themselves that are kept at a consistent temperature (hot or cold) throughout the market (e.g., pastries, empanadas, ice cream, BBQ). Foods cannot be cooked at a farmers market, warmed up, or chilled.

• Brewers and fermenters of small-batch alcohol (e.g., cider, beer, kombucha, mead).

• Makers of high-quality body care products or hand-poured candles.


Health Department Licensing Information

Most food production businesses need a Delaware County Health Department license to sell their food products at the Lansdowne Farmers Market or any Farmers Market in Delaware County. After you are accepted to the Lansdowne Farmers Market or any Farmers Market in Delaware County, here is how to apply for Delaware County Health Department license to participate in the Lansdowne Farmers Market.

2025 Community Day Application

Community Day Vendor

$35/market | 10’ x 10’ Tent Space | 3rd Saturday of every month
Subject to approval by the Lansdowne Farmers Market Committee


• Clubs, local groups, churches, or nonprofits whose primary mission is community-focused, not profit-driven.

• May attend on non–Community Days only if their mission or theme directly aligns with that week’s market theme.

• Small or micro businesses based within the 19050 zip code. During the market, these businesses can only focus on outreach and community engagement. No sales without prior approval.


2025 Artist Application

Artist Vendor

$30/market | 10’ x 10’ Tent Provided | Subject to approval by the LEDC


• Visual artists or makers producing original or small-batch, handcrafted goods.

• The artist must create the majority of the work’s components (not simply assemble pre-made, purchased items).

• Must be able to display and sell a sufficient volume of work to fill a 10x10’ booth.


2025 Musician Application

Musician

Busking Opportunity | 10’ x 10’ Tent Provided | Subject to approval by the LEDC


• Musicians or bands experienced with live performance.

• Preference is given to performers of original music; some covers are also acceptable.

• A wide range of styles and genres is welcomed and encouraged.
